The European Commission has delayed the publication of its proposal on the revision of the EU’s Directive on the restriction of hazardous substances (RoHS) in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE). 

The proposal was originally planned for publication by the end of the year but the process of reviewing the Directive has "required more time than initially foreseen", a Commission spokesperson told Chemical Watch.
